This might help in the beginning, but like all good intentions, as the saying goes, the road to hell is paved with good intentions, so there must be something more.

The main focus– to experience change, and to know what to change, and how to change. The only way that your life can change-is to change something!! It will require learning new patterns of thinking and behaviour-it is based on using sound, proven principles that are able to change lives.
It is a fact we all know, that motivation to become fit means going to a gym and exercising; but sooner or later we lose motivation and the change we desire never becomes a reality. This is because we base our decisions largely on emotions or feelings which are fickle.
Here is another way.
I call it the way of the spirit-which is based on changing or renewing the spirit within
The Main object–
To find peace, joy , purpose, happiness, meaning etc through connecting your spirit to God. The principles for renewing the spirit within is based on that of the greatest spiritual teacher in mankind’s history. He said-unless you renew your spirit within you will never experience true happiness and joy. This is not a psychological change but a spiritual change. All of us will at some point in our lives encounter our mortality-as we get older we find that money, sex, rock n roll, braaivleis, fame etc are fleeting and in the end we find that we are empty and alone in our search for who and what we are
Jesus-the greatest spiritual teacher who ever lived
Jesus said-in this world you will have trouble-but in me you will have peace!!
This website combines many years of study, analysis and experience which will help you get to that place-this is because I was also in desperate position, not wanting to live, and now I lead a totally different, wonderful and exciting life . (See my testimony in testimonies page) Not only that, but have discovered the secret of the supernatural power of the spirit whereby one is now able to heal others who are hurting either emotionally or physically. This is a gift from God when you get desperate enough, as I was.
