If you really need peace, and truly believe in Jesus, then follow my voice as I lead you in prayer, the way Jesus taught His disciples. Possibly you have already read the written copy and need more guidance

Say it slowly and meaningfully-ponder and think what you are saying as you follow my voice. I have prayed that the Holy Spirit of God will anoint this prayer for anyone who follows it in truth and in spirit.
If at first you don’t feel quite free, then later repeat, and keep repeating until you are free.
Jesus said-Come unto me all who are weary-and I will give you rest Mt 11.28-30 (please read the verses to see how that works)
He also said the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy, but I have come that you may have a life of abundance (John 10.10)
Paul wrote in Philippians 4.6-8- Do not worry about anything, but Pray about everything
Ask God with thanksgiving in advance-and the peace that passes all understanding WILL guard your heart and mind
Therefore stop thinking any negative thoughts-change the negative pictures in your mind into beautiful ones-
Remind yourself of places and people you have been with which are beautiful and uplifting (Philippians 4 v8)
