MANDATE FOR THE CHURCH OF JESUS AND BELIEVERS- Hear the voice of the Shepherd John 10 v 27

Go and make disciples, fill them with the Holy Spirit, teach them to obey My commands Mt 28

Go out and preach the good news, heal the sick and cast out demons        Lk.9 v 1-2

Where should one start?

The following is a guideline that I have used successfully over many years in leading possibly well over 7000 into the kingdom; this in squatter camps, when helping to start the Ark at Westlake, a home to over a 1000 people; parking lots, shopping malls, on streets and pavements, offices, homes-wherever I am led by Holy Spirit. The compassion and love of Jesus should drive you or lead you, to a place where you will come in contact with those with whom the Father is working.

This is called being led by the Holy Spirit,

This should be a normal occurrence in the life of ANY spirit filled believer. WHY? Because if you are grateful for your salvation, and what God has done for you, you will want to give it to others

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE (This should be normal for believers?)

I had been attending a men’s ministry in Constantia one weds morning, and was busy driving past the local shopping mall-

(1)  “TURN AROUND AND GO BACK TO THE MALL” a voice in my spirit said to me, but as I was on my way to some appointment did not do so; this happened 3 times, and then I realised it was Holy Spirit speaking to me, so I immediately turned around and went back, obviously NOT KNOWING what for!!

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS – HOW DOES THIS PROCESS WORK?

This will be different for every situation, obviously; sometimes one will just ‘feel’ an unction, or compulsion by Holy Spirit

  • To GO somewhere, -although this may NOT be the ultimate place, but purely to point one in the right direction-take some action
  • To FIND something, -and here again, an action might lead one to the right place or person
  • To SPEAK to someone or Do something, and maybe ask a question -such as ‘how are you’

The following will serve as a demonstration of how the leading Of God’s spirit will take us to where WE ARE NEEDED!

On arrival at the mall, I sensed that I might have to buy a book for someone at the bookstore, but on approaching it felt no, this is not right-at this stage one must just stay focused. Avoid all distractions, all the while praying for guidance. Then I got a picture (vision) of the stairs leading up to the toilets, and said to myself, I think I need to go to the toilet. But this was not the issue-I was required to just get to the steps, where ministry was required. A little old lady was coming down the stairs, busy counting some coins in her hands, when the Holy Spirit said –(3) “GO PAST, COME BEHIND HER-TAKE A R5 COIN FROM YOUR POCKET-PUT YOUR HAND OVER HER SHOULDER AND PLACE IT IN HER HAND!!”

This I proceeded to do, and as I placed the coin in her hand, with my hand extended over her shoulder, while she was walking down the stairs with me behind her. To my amazement she did not even turn around, but said the following words -“I was also an evangelist at one time… “ (It is quite possible that she foresaw this event, much like a Jonah; knowing that at some stage God will do an amazing thing to show her that He still Loves her, in spite of whatever might have happened)

She was previously an evangelist, and was now backslidden

Then I knew that she had backslidden, and needed to be brought back into the Kingdom, so I led her back in prayer- right there at the bottom of the steps with people milling all around, and she received the peace and love of Jesus in her heart again.

SUMMARY OF WHAT HAPPENED

The woman was a born again child of the Lord; one who had probably been used mightily in the Kingdom, and yet satan had somehow managed to divert her off the path. Our Father was working with her, and presumably wooing her back, BUT needed SOMEONE to do this work, and I was the one he chose, possibly as I was in the area-should I have not obeyed, God would have used someone else-Others had also been given the task, but did not hear correctly, or disobeyed. This then, is one of many wonderful leadings and experiences that can be had by obeying the Holy Spirit.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS -LEADING OTHERS TO CHRIST-DO YOU KNOW WHERE HE IS?

The woman at the well KNEW where Jesus was- so she led the whole village to HIM!   John 4v10-If His home is IN YOU, then invite THEM IN to meet Jesus, because His home is IN YOU! Jesus said the kingdom of God is within you!-He also said he would come and live in us, by His Holy Spirit John 17-PAIN TO PEACE –this is what it’s all about, helping others overcome a lifetime of fear, insecurity, loss of identity.

A. Leading others to Christ -Basic   understanding of the process

OUR PART

  1. This is not possible except the Father is working with a person -are we aware of this?
  2. We should be where Christ is calling us – do we hear his voice?                John 10.27
  3. We must be in the right place spiritually– are we born again, and following JESUS?    John 3v3 –
  4. We must be in the right place physically– do we know where Jesus is? John 4v23-
  5. The person is on the way to hell, and we must snatch them out of the fire 3v 16
  6. We must LEAD them in a prayer, based on the our Father prayer, as led by Holy Spirit Mt 6
  7. We are basically following a path (our father prayer), BUT guided by the light of the Holy Spirit
  8. They are lost and in darkness, without hope, and helpless, and we must bring them into the light; Mt 5
  9. In a sense, we ‘Interpret’ for the person, who will then speak out the words as they follow you.
  10. We are in a sense ‘ responsible’ for their souls and God will call us to account Ezek 33
  11. Preaching the good news-what is that? Is it not to find peace, happiness and joy in spite of our circumstances
  12. That there is forgiveness of sins, no matter how bad, and a place in heaven when we die

 

THEIR PART

  1. In following and speaking out aloud as they follow us, they are speaking over their lives
  2. The POWER of their tongue will bring a change as needed in their lives
  3. The Holy Spirit can quicken their own spirit, and bring about transformation.

B. Leading others to Christ – Basic   requirements of the process

  1. We are absolutely dependant on the Holy Spirit for guidance
  2. Our prayers must demonstrate the power of God (the kingdom of God is not about words, but about power 1Cor.4v20)
  3. We must expect signs to follow- in fact tell them they will receive if they truly desire freedom and peace from their pain
  4. We must raise the level of faith in the other person
  5. We must expect the Holy Spirit to work through our prayers
  6. Our testimony of the change in our lives, not bible punching is what is effective

C. Leading others to Christ – Basic   procedure that I use in this process

1.    We must bring in fish using the right bait- Jesus said I will make you fishers of men

2.    We must pull the line in slowly-ensure that any decision is not based on emotion, impulse, intellect, or pressure.

3.    We must put the fish into the boat-ensure that they receive the Holy Spirit and remove any hindrance to this process

Romans Ch 10 tells us- v9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. v10 For with the heart one believes unto RIGHTEOUSNESS and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

PRINCIPLES-how to lead others to Christ, or into the kingdom-    C.P.I.

I am not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ-it is the power of god– to salvation     Rom 1 v 16.

PRINCIPLE NO 1/3  C.P.I.                              A. Conversation. B. Proclamation, C. Invitation

A.  Conversation – Fishing IN THE RIGHT PLACE

  1. Hello-How are you? If I sense that I am led to talk to this person- then I normally start by asking this question.
  2. “How are you keeping–Are you happy-Do you have PEACE?” finding out the inner state of the person is important
  3. Avoid talking about the Church, the Bible and God- most people have been hurt in some way by the ‘Church’
  4. LATER in the conversation-in your testimony you can say what God has done for you–
  5. BUILD UP FAITH (expectation)-your testimony not only your own life, but others you know who have been healed
  6. Produce evidence-if possible have pictures/videos on a cell phone of people who have been healed
  7. Most problems stem from Childhood-and/or family relationships. The Holy Spirit will give increasing guidance as you do this, esp. while talking to the person- you will receive ‘downloads’ from heaven, and guidance as to what to say, what questions to ask, and also how to pray to be more effective. After a period of time, you will sense it is time to start telling your story.

B. Proclamation- Choosing the right bait

  1. Your testimony must come into the conversation– all the time as you listen pray that the Holy Spirit leads you- question them so that you find where they stand spiritually; look for some common ground.
  2. Ask THE question – If you died tonight where would your spirit go- if they reply I don’t know then they need salvation
  3. Tell them they can have the same peace that you have, if they really want it-they can put God to the test!
  4. NB Remember it is an ETERNAL SOUL YOU ARE DEALING WITH AND HIS/HER DESTINY WILL REST UPON YOU DOING A WORK OF QUALITY FOR THE KINGDOM
  5. What bait to use As a Fisher-of-men you should know how to love them into the Kingdom-their destiny rests on your shoulders, but the work is done by the Holy Spirit as you are lead-(Use examples from their line of work, interests.
  6. Modern Parables-Jesus always talked in parables which were stories that were relevant to those He spoke to i.e. fish, fruit, trees, pearls, oil etc Today when we learn what the person does for a living we can illustrate the kingdom of God to be like…(here we can talk about cell phones, TV, plumbing, golfing-as you listen one must ask Holy Spirit what can I say to help them understand, that is a picture of principles used in their own field of endeavour)

C. Invitation- to new life- pulling the line in SLOWLY

  1. Invite the person to share a prayer with you – state that you do not pray for people, but with them- if they respond positively. Do not put pressure on at any time – tell them you will rather leave it if they are unwilling; invariably everyone will say yes if the Lord is in it (pull the line in slowly)
  2. Tell them that what God has done for you he will do for them, but they must believe that God exists, that he created us all and loves his creation
  3. Tell them also to expect that God will do something during the prayer and they will experience either a weight lifting, falling, heat, coolness, whatever.
  4. Tell them that you are not God and can do nothing He does it all. just like He did for you

HOW TO PRAY FOR SALVATION, HEALING, DELIVERANCE USING THE OUR FATHER PRAYER

PRINCIPLE NO 2/3   NEW LIFE-       = 3 PRAYERS   #S1-Self;   #S2-Salvation,   #S3-Sanctification

( 3 Prayers to consider-yourself for guidance-a prayer to lead someone to salvation-a prayer of sanctification and blessing by laying on of hands )

Prayer No #S1 -Prayer for YOURSELF –Holy Spirit guidance

  1. Pray a short prayer out loud (or to yourself depending on the situation) and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you so that the words you use to lead the person will be relevant to their needs and provide whatever it is they need; more esp. that He will touch them in a definite and profound way so that they may believe for themselves
  2. Acknowledge your own humanity before God stating your gratitude for what He has done for you
  3. Admit that you are also a sinner saved by grace, and can do nothing of yourself
  4. Ask the Holy Spirit to complete the work in the person and meet them at their point of need

Prayer No  #S2   (Salvation, or healing) – Prayer-WITH THEM- (not for them)-act as an interpreter

HERE WE LEAD THE PERSON IN PRAYER, WHERE THEY REPEAT THE WORDS WE SAY-(BASED ON THE LORD’S PRAYER)

Don’t be hasty-wait-Once you have prayed a prayer of praise and worship, and thanking God for His grace over YOUR life, and forgiving you for your sins and Mistakes, ask the person to wait while you try and hear a word of knowledge or wisdom FOR THE PERSON, in such a way that God will reveal personal details or specific issues in the life of the person.

A  guarantee-I also like to give them a guarantee, that if they truly want the peace of God in their life, then something will happen during the prayer they are about to speak over their life-and praise God-something DOES happen.

Starting point-Using the our Father prayer, I start off by addressing God as our heavenly Father, and while praying, listening carefully in my spirit for any download that will change the life of the one in front of you (Example at end of the chapter)

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

A short testimony in this specific regard will demonstrate what I mean- Some years ago I was asked by a man I met at our men’s ministry who asked me to pray for a handyman working at his house, who was an alcoholic for 20 yrs, constantly at the shebeen or illegal liquor outlet, and despite going for many prayers for deliverance, was unable to be set free. I agreed to go back to his house, and met the man, who was really a good man. Being a bit hesitant, (and not feeling spiritual at all), I requested a cup of tea to think things over

NOTE-This is quite acceptable, to delay proceedings if not sure what to do-but at the same time, asking Holy Spirit to help you to do what is necessary, and say the right things, that will change their lives. Having finished tea, I spoke to him and asked a few questions, saying that if he really wants to change, God will do something to change his life-I then commenced to lead him in prayer , more or less as outlined below; and while doing so, the Holy Spirit said “TELL HIM TO WASH HIS WIFE’S FEET”. Quite amazed at this, when i had finished I told him exactly that, and shortly after that departed saying our good byes

CONCLUSION OF THE MATTER- 3 MONTHS LATER

I saw him about 3 months later in the street and asked him how things were going-he said he was still going to the shebeen or illegal local liquor outlet on Friday nights-my heart literally skipped a beat, and disappointed asked him “WHY?” HIS REPLY-I AM NOW PREACHING THERE, AND THEY ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE DOWN!!! Elated, I asked what happened.

HIS STORY- He remembered to wash his wife’s feet on the 3rd night after we had prayed, and asked for a bucket to wash her feet- He picked up her one foot to wash it, and looking at the soles of her feet saw they were cracked and split.

GOD’S WORD TAKES EFFECT-He suddenly was reminded how for the last 20 yrs she had complained of sore feet; not only that, he realised that THESE feet had borne him, and paid for his alcohol as he did not have any work. At this revelation, he broke down and cried, weeping while washing her feet. The interesting thing was, that she herself had become so disillusioned that she had started drinking in the last 2 years, including their teenage son who also went onto smoking drugs

INSTANTLY DELIVERED-The net result-3 changed lives by the power of God, and today still powerfully evangelising for the Lord

SUMMARY

THE MAIN THING –is the main thing! We will never realise the responsibility we carry as ambassadors for Jesus; the main thing, is the main thing-to rely totally on the Holy Spirit to lead and direct us by visions and words-this is effective evangelism, for His praise and glory

Principle No 2/3 (Cont)       (  =3 PRAYERS-#S1-Self;   #S2-Salvation,   #S3-Sanctification)

Prayer No  #S2 (continued) – now start praying with them, and let them repeat your words-

  1. The person must follow your words as you lead them in prayer- in saying the words out loud they are in effect speaking over their lives in such a way as to bring freedom, forgiveness, peace; remember the power of the tongue is life changing- good or bad
  2. These words must be based loosely on the Our Father prayer, with additions as led by the Holy Spirit, or expansions on a theme depending where you are in the prayer; i.e. a word of knowledge or revelation specific for their situation which you would have picked up in the initial conversation.
  3. Towards the end It must have the cross and the blood of Christ as a central element (see flowchart of process and principles)
  4. Assure them that if they truly believe your story and the Gospel, by confessing with their mouth, their lives will be changed
  5. Tell them to expect something to happen, God will do a work as He did in you, such as a weight falling, a heat

AN EXAMPLE OF HOW TO PRAY   (This prayer can be changed at specific points to include details picked up in CPI))

Worship  God as our FATHER, who is Holy              (REVERENCE for GOD)

  1. Our Father in heaven, I thank you for this day- I know I am Your child
  2. You made me and formed me in my mother’s womb-You know my beginning and You know my end

Acknowledge sins                                                                     (CONFESSION)

  1. You know where I have gone wrong in my life, and mistakes and sins I have done, even hurting others.

Forgiveness of one’s self                                                       (GUILT and shame RELEASED)

  1. I ask for forgiveness for my mistakes and sins that I have done-
  2. BUT- I know that You will not forgive me unless I forgive others as Jesus taught

Forgiveness of others (This is the start of the healing process-deliverance can occur)

         (BITTERNESS RELEASED)

  1. So I now I forgive others who have hurt me.. I name my mother and father, – I forgive them now and ask that You take away the pain of any memory of bitterness / unforgiveness ; I set them free, so that in turn I will be free of any resentment, and speak a blessing over them as You have commanded, because they are also Your children, and need You in their lives. I also name anyone in my FAMILY, friends or anyone else I can remember, and forgive them now-I bless them and set them free, so I can be free

Bring burden to the foot of the Cross                     (BURDEN RELEASED)

  1. I bring the burden of my life to the foot of the cross, where I acknowledge that Jesus died, and shed His blood so that I might be saved and have new life; I ask you Lord Jesus to take this burden from me and the pain that I suffer-because You promised rest to all who are weary and tired of life
  2. Thank You for dying on the cross and shedding Your blood for the forgiveness of my sins, that You will save me from this suffering and pain, and make me whole again

Ask and knock, and you will receive                                 (NEW LIFE RECEIVED)

  1. Please take my broken heart, wash it and cleanse it- and make it new ,
  2. Fill it with Your love and Holy Spirit- -renew my mind, open my eyes and ears so that I may hear Your Holy Spirit and see Your kingdom-and that I can follow You all the days of my life as You lead me through trials and temptations. Fill me with Your peace and joy from now on and help me do Your will in my life.

Bondages                                                                                                                                           (DELIVERANCE)

  1. I ask You Father to deliver me from any evil and unclean spirit within me, and to protect me against the powers of darkness, as I have no power to do this myself.
  2. I come against every curse and unclean spirit in my life-from my family line, or any other relationship
  3. Any fear, bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness, anger, addictions, curses, witchcraft-
  4. In the name of Jesus I command you to leave me now-you may not come back as I have given my life to God and you no longer have any hold over me
  5. I thank you that through this prayer I am made new; born again as your word teaches us; and that I have assurance of going to Your Kingdom when I die. Help me to see the world through the eyes of Jesus.
  6. In Jesus name I pray this-Amen

Prayer No # S2 Cont  (Sanctification).   Closing prayer- deliverance, sanctification and blessing

DELIVERANCE -No laying on of hands yet- possible deliverance first

Instruct the person to remain in an attitude of prayer. (Continuously ASK/talk/listen to the Holy Spirit, asking for guidance)

  1. TIMING-Now at a time instructed by the Holy Spirit, come against and bind any unclean spirit in their life;
  2. WE STAND IN AGREEMENT WITH THEM-basically we take authority and BIND it, and LOOSE the person, generally a familiar spirit or whatever is discerned. ( do not touch the person yet ) manifestation can occur
  3. Remember that when one lead them in prayer #S2, we asked for deliverance from evil toward the END of the prayer-this is either from 3rd parties, demonic realms or internal sin such as bitterness, anger, resentment, addictions and the like-possible manifestation can occur-see Level 3.3 for gifts of the Holy Spirit

Prayer  No #S3    SANCTIFICATION/BLESSING-Laying on of hands– imparting love, peace, joy

(In a manner as shown by Holy Spirit)

  1. Having done that, pronounce a blessing over the person i.e. speak the peace and joy of God over them, and with the guidance of the Holy spirit, speak peace into their life, bringing the joy and love of God into them.
  2. MOST IMPORTANT-One must manifest the presence of God at some point by a touch somewhere on their body
  3. THIS IS THE LIFE CHANGING MOMENT, as led by the Holy Spirit-either on top of the head, shoulders, chest or heart area-( TOUCHING SHOULD JUST BE POSSIBLY FOR A FEW SECONDS FOR THE ANOINTING TO TRANSFER)
  4. TOUCHING, OR Laying of hands in a particular manner as shown by the Holy Spirit-I find it helpful to quote Math. 11 v 28-30- Come to me all who are weary, and I will give you rest-and then symbolically rub their shoulders from the neck down, as if taking off a weight from their shoulders they have carried for many years.
  5. TIME-Not too quick, or too long-do not be in a hurry as God is at work and may want to give you a word of knowledge over their life, either in picture or word form. I find that Speaking prophetically in tongues, prophesying as led to speak over their life, is often helpful as is the interpretation, such that a word of encouragement or insight is spoken into the person’s life.
  6. TRANCE-If in a trance, they are still able to hear, even though their muscles are temporarily not working.
  7. DON’T TALK- When finished –-wait upon the Lord, to see the outcome, or manifestation of the Holy Spirit still working with them during the trance. Different manifestations can occur, such as tears, sighing, coughing, heat, cold, a weight lifting or falling, and heat in the chest area or over the body, Goosebumps; a sign of deliverance is often mucous running from the nose-I have seen it even reaching from nose to the ground! –leave them.
  8. BE SENSITIVE as God is busy at work with them.
  9. ASK WHAT THEY FELT or experienced, when the person is ready to talk- ask what God did for them,
  10. ASK THEM TO TAKE A DEEP BREATH and lift up their arms; then exhale slowly and let arms down-do this 3X
  11. The purpose is twofold-to let them relax, and symbolically breathe out any sort of unclean spiritual problem.
  12. REJOICE with your brother or sister as do the angels in heaven
  13. Tell them you will pray for him over the next few weeks that his faith remain strong
  14. DELAYED Deliverance or healing-may possibly only occur some days or weeks later, as in the case of the washing of feet in the practical example of an alcoholic in Module 3 on gifts of the Holy Spirit.

PRINCIPLE NO 3/3  To Sustain, Maintain Proclaim the (new) life-  DISCIPLING

Food, Water, Warmth-

Before PARTING, tell them the seed of the Holy Spirit has been planted- just like a pot plant, to keep it alive
  1. They must feed on the Word (give them a bible if possible or a gospel tract).
  2. They must feed on the Word through prayer and drink of the living water
  3. They must share the Word, be in fellowship, by being part of a church with other believers
  4. They MUST be discipled-someone mature in Christ needs to walk alongside them for at least 6 months
  5. If that is not possible-either take them to a church, or direct them to a local church; introduce them to the leaders etc

FINAL NOTE-When handing out a bible, one needs to underline the basic scriptures that will guide them and inspire them, and which will be helpful on the new road-this will help accelerate their growth. Tracts are also useful for handing out.

Level 3 Chapter 4 has a list of helpful scriptures which can be used to do this in the Covenant or bible section.

A SUMMARY OF PRINCIPLES, PROCESSES AND PROCEDURE GUIDELINES

Note-The above flowchart shows the processes taking place, as well as the principles involved. These are very important to understand, and guidance from the Holy Spirit is the only way that any results will be obtained

COMPLETING THE DISCIPLE MAKING PROCESS (SEE ALSO NOTES AT BACK )

The previous notes describe how to bring the kingdom of God into a disciple (commonly described as bringing the disciple into the kingdom!)-Born again, Saved, Healed, Set free, Made whole.

4 seasons in the making of a Disciple as follows (as shown in the main Index to this course)

  1. Learning the practical foundations such as who Jesus really is, what is Church, building blocks of faith
  2. Learning the spiritual foundations of what Jesus had to say about God and heaven, prayer, the 2 kingdoms etc
  3. Putting into practice that which was learnt, such as speaking and action gifts for healing and deliverance etc.
  4. Deeper understanding of eternity, doing spiritual warfare as a member of God’s Kingdom etc

A brief look at the process of the making of a disciple (also pictorially outlined in Level 1.3)

  1. The first requirement as we have just seen is to preach the good news, and bring people into the kingdom.
  2. The next thing is to teach the foundations of the Life and teachings of Jesus-it is vital as He is the author of our faith
  3. The disciple maker needs to walk with, teach and train by example, the life of the spirit for at least 6-12 months
  4. This means stepping through each of the course index areas and guiding the trainee disciple in a practical sense

The following is a guideline for examining one’s own position in Christ

These items are vital and should not be glossed over lightly, if one desires to be used of God as a disciple Maker.

Checklist-these will enable you to check your own progress (also for the one being trained!)

Jesus- who He is

  1. Do you have a revelationary understanding of who Jesus really is-       See Level 1.1
  2. That He was with God before the world was formed, He is not from this world etc
  3. As a disciple are you in awe of the very name of Jesus, and have reverence for the power of that name

Jesus mission

  1. Do you understand why Jesus came to earth, to save the world from their sins See Level 2.1
  2. That this really meant to destroy the works of satan and his demons 1 Jn. 3v8
  3. As a disciple, do you not only believe in hell and the devil, but seen results of his works

Salvation-are you sure you are saved

  1. Do you fully realise what salvation means, and that one is saved from hell and eternal torture
  2. Can you say without a doubt you are saved, set free and that you will go to heaven if you die
  3. As a disciple, can you sense if others are saved, even if they seem to be Christians

Prayer

  1. Do you understand what prayer is- that it is communicating with God and His ministering spirits
  2. Do you realise the power of true spiritual prayer, when you pray, in spirit and truth, in the power of the name of Jesus
  3. As a disciple, have you experienced healing power flowing through you

Born again

  1. Can you say without a doubt you are born again, a new creation
  2. Have others seen the change in you, and do you tell others of the change in you
  3. As a disciple, can you see if others are born again, and help them if not

Worship

  1. Do you worship and love God because of the change that God has brought in your life
  2. Do you worship God, Jesus in spirit and in truth in adoration of His mercy and kindness
  3. As a disciple, can you get lost in worship, and sense the manifest presence of God (anointing)

Bible reading

  1. Is the bible alive for you-do you fully trust and believe that everything in it is true
  2. Do you continue to grow in understanding of Jesus and His mission
  3. As a disciple, are you able to help others when they have bible questions

Witnessing

  1. Do you see lost souls around you, and have compassion for them; in a sense actually love them
  2. Have you witnessed to anyone about the good news of the Kingdom, and led them in
  3. As a disciple, can you teach others how to witness, and how to also disciple others

Fruits of the spirit-Gifts of the spirit

  1. Are you growing in the fruits as applied to your personal life-more kind, patient, loving
  2. Are you becoming more aware of the gifts of the Holy Spirit within you for healing and deliverance with signs, wonders
  3. As a disciple, are you exercising them out in the market place, and seeing results

Lastly-these notes are purely meant as a guide for future growth; one should not feel condemned if lacking, because we all need to grow in the things of God’s kingdom. It is a journey of adventure, excitement and wonderment as we see God working through us. (eye has not seen, nor ear heard, the wonderful things God has in store for those who love Him)
