There was a point in my life when I felt I needed to go see a friend and tell him my story-how desperate I was to truly follow Jesus and to get freedom from my struggles and step into what Jesus had for me. So I got baptised again and received Holy Spirit, and literally Holy Spirit raised my body up and filled me up from head to toe with the power, love, peace, and joy of Jesus- I felt radically different and brand new, So from then on I started witnessing to people, but didn’t know how exactly to do it, because I did not where to get the right help
JOINING THE OMEGA DISCIPLE MAKERS COURSE WITH MY DAD
I needed to be radical and effective for Jesus until I met Arthur Dilley.I read through one of his manuals I happened to find at my dad’s house. So I got Arthur’s number, Joined his course bought all his Holy Spirit inspired manual’s and Arthur started helping me on my journey to become more like Jesus,

in November last year (2017) I started seeing radical healings and Holy Spirit really used Arthur to help me not only to pray for healing but how to do it-and how to go about loving others the way Jesus said we should and how to evangelise using a method called CPI.
I START TO EXPERIENCE HEALINGS AND MIRACLES IN MANY PLACES
Arthur prayed for me a few times and laid hands on me, when I was filled and baptised in the Holy Spirit of God. When attending the course I saw a number of healings and deliverances while we ministered to people in need. When I was prayed for I would sometimes go into a trance while experiencing the manifest presence of Holy Spirit, and soon after I started seeing results quickly with so many radical healings. Inner healings have also taken place, as well as leading many to Christ and seeing Holy Spirit Transform them right before my eyes.
Since my radical transformation of being desperate for Jesus, I have received radical peace, Compassion, Love, Joy for others and myself and every day I pray for Jesus to continue to set me free, purify me, cleanse me from deep within and to multiply the Kingdom Of God within me and share it with others.
God has used Arthur to steer me, to father me spiritually, impart wisdom, school, disciple me, teach me how to pray using the method that Jesus taught us in Mathew 6, the Our Fathers Prayer. I have seen Hundreds of people in the last 6 – 7 months radically impacted in varying degrees from leading in the Our Fathers prayer unpacked and expanded by Holy Spirit each time as Arthur taught us.
I thank God Almighty for Arthur because he is a true Holy Spirit led, Follower of Christ, gentle, humble, zealous man after God’s heart, I have grown more in the last year than in my whole life time, and see the spectacular workings of Jesus led by Holy Spirit each and every day! God uses people to teach us, but He uses people led purely by the motives of Jesus and Holy Spirit to feed the lambs and sheep and care for them. I feel like the man in the parable of The Kingdom that found a field with a great treasure, went, and sold everything to buy that field. That is how I feel! Really I do! I have found what I have looked for my whole life and I have the privilege of spreading the good news with authority, love, peace and joy that Jesus gave to me when I was desperate! Thank You Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!! May Your Kingdom multiply in me a 100 fold and may I honour You with my life, and Love Others as You Love me and spread the Good news!
I RECOMMEND THIS COURSE IF YOU WANT TO BECOME MORE LIKE JESUS
I truly recommend the omega Course to anyone who wants to become like Jesus and learn about Him. Yes the Word of God is paramount! but God uses men whom He has given wisdom and revelation to, to become spiritual Fathers to teach young Lambs and Sheep about the Life and Way and who the Real Jesus Christ is in the Bible, so that those who want to, can become the men that Jesus has called us to be.

My name is Mike Smit, a practising doctor of medicine, at my clinic in Medicross Table View.
I am the convener of our local CBMC (Christian Business Men Connect) for the last 30 yrs . Which is part of an international organisation started around 70 years ago in the USA. It was started with the motive of leading people to Christ, and making disciples specifically for professional businessmen in the market place.
ARTHUR HAS BEEN WITH US FOR OVER 20 YEARS
Arthur Dilley joined us 20 years ago, around 2000 and has been a regular and faithful member ever since, coming all the way from Muizenberg on Fridays to the Blue Peter hotel in Blouberg. He has at times represented our local chapter at regional and national level in different parts of the country.
Since around 2015 Arthur has been facilitating and leading a disciple course of 4 levels created by the originators of CBMC, which is called operation Timothy, which he teaches every 2nd Friday. There are various groups represented in our chapter and include professors, doctors, lawyers, engineers, architects etc. He leads us in such a way that everyone is included in the discussion, so that no one feels left out. In this was everyone benefits and can grow spiritually.
EVERYTHING IS BASED ON SCRIPTURE AND VERY SOUND
His teaching skills and spiritual insights demonstrate from a purely practical point of view his love for Jesus and his fellowman. Everything is scripture based and very sound from a biblical point of view. At times he has demonstrated the power of the Holy Spirit for men needing healing and deliverance. An example would be when a certain atheist plumber visited us in desperation as he was filled with anger, and wanted to kill his wife. Arthur prayed with him, ministered to him and laid hands on him
THE MEN ATTENDING FIND THAT OUR MEETINGS ARE REAL ‘CHURCH’
The result was that the man was instantly converted into a believer and when next he came, testified to being filled with peace, which for him was a miracle. Arthur has at times mentioned similar incidents of healings and miracles. The impact on the men who regularly attend have enjoyed the teaching sessions and testify to the changes in their lives, saying that our chapter is real church for them, and that they gain more from being a part of our group.
Over the years Arthur has been a blessing to this group. I have also come to know Arthur on a personal level and can testify that his character is above approach.
I have no reservations in recommending Arthur for a leadership position in any Church or Christian organization or for that matter in any other organization taking into account his leadership skills, his people skills and in general his managerial skills, including a understanding of financial management.

2016 AN AMAZING LIFE CHANGING TRANSFORMATION IN THE OMEGA D.M.C. RUBY
My sister Amanda invited me to attend the Alpha course at her church in Meadow ridge, after which I started attending my sisters Amanda’s home group. Around this time, Arthur Dilley had just done a presentation on prayer on Radio pulpit for the national day of prayer, and was asked to present a teaching on prayer for the home group. He started teaching from his course entitled the Omega Disciple Makers Course, which was aimed at making disciples in a practical workshop environment.
DEMONSTRATION OF THE POWER OF THE LORDS’ PRAYER.
After finishing the teaching, he wanted to demonstrate how to pray the prayer for someone, and asked for a volunteer. A lady next to me stood up, saying she had a serious issue with her mother, and requested prayer. Arthur then proceeded to demonstrate using the Our Father prayer, (which he said contained all the elements for forgiveness, healing and deliverance.) – Arthur asked her that as he spoke out the prayer, she also had to repeat his words and say them out loud.
DELIVERED FROM MANY YEARS OF PAST HURTS WHILE SAYING THE PRAYER
My deliverance starts to occur while the Lord’s prayer is being recited by all.
When nearing the end of the prayer for the lady for deliverance from bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness and anger, I started to experience strange sensations, as if something was rising up in me. This started with strange feelings in my legs, which then moved up into my stomach, at the same time I experienced my eyes rolling back in my head.
What God starts, no one can stop.
At this stage I was powerless to stop this sensation which now caused my stomach to churn . This then moved into my chest, as if a force was overwhelming me. This carried on into my throat, and caused me to gag ,making groaning sounds as if I wanted to vomit-at the same time it felt as if something was being pulled out of me. My eyes were rolled back through this entire unstoppable experience with my head thrown back.
NOW I KNOW THAT JESUS LIVES
Immediately I sensed a feeling of immense relief, with peace flowing through my entire being. Arthur was busy finishing praying for my friend next to me, and was not fully aware of what was happening to me, although he saw me behaving strangely on the couch, along with all the other members of the home group. A friend came over to hug me, as she had been watching me during this time, and I realised that God had done an amazing work in me. I now sensed God’s love for me, and I knew without a doubt that Jesus was alive, and His power was at work in me. I had been freed from a lifetime of pain and bitterness
Who the Son sets free, is free indeed.
I jumped up and shouted-“now I know that Jesus lives” and was filled with His joy ! I started to dance around the room to the amazement of the group, and this dance was immediately nick named ‘the Ruby jig’!
My testimony is to help others know that there is hope
I want to tell my story about the grace and love of God, so that others who find themselves in the same position, may have hope, and know that God is real, and that we can be freed and made whole by the power of His Holy Spirit;. Just trust and believe what Jesus said in Mathew 11, v28 where he calls all those who are weary and heavy laden to come to Him, and He will give us rest. This is my prayer that if you are reading or listening to my story, that He will touch you right now if you let Him- just ask Him to come into your heart.

Just this seemingly simple prayer prayed in the power of the spirit will bring transformation to anyone who truly desires for God to save us from things that bind us, and we will find that true deliverance is possible.
Pray the Our Father prayer with meaning and intention, IN A WORSHIPFUL ATTITUDE TO A Holy Father, asking not only forgiveness for your sins and mistakes, but forgiving everyone who has hurt you, else you will not be forgiven; even more, the Lord said we must pray for those who have hurt us, and even pray a blessing on them as in Mathew ch 5. This will set them and yourself free. Thank Him for the cross and pain He suffered for you and all mankind.
Now ask Him to cleanse your heart, and wash it with His precious blood, and deliver you from evil, and anything in your heart which is unclean and not of God, Ask Him to fill it with His Holy Spirit and love, to guide and keep you for the rest of your life. When you do this, you will experience His forgiveness and healing, and a new found love for your creator . This is for the glory of God and the Love of His son, Jesus .
MY LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE OF THE OMEGA COURSE.- DOONAN 2017
My spiritual journey began in February 2014 when I attended an Alpha course at a church in Meadow ridge, where I met Arthur. It was only sometime after completing the Alpha course that He took on the difficult task of mentoring me. (Thank you Holy Spirit!). At that point in my life I was at a deep low and facing many challenges.
THE JOURNEY BEGINS
I then began attending Arthur’s Omega DM course-(what an experience!) where Arthur brought Jesus to life for me. Arthur has a wonderful simple way of explaining the bible and teachings of Jesus. His knowledge of the bible is vast and deep, and although many others have this knowledge they are unable to impart it to others. This is a gift that Arthur has been blessed with and he willingly, patiently and kindly shares it with as many as possible. I find it important that the course constantly refers to the bible- scriptures referring to what Jesus said and taught.
THE COURSE IS EASY AND SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND
The course is set out in a simple well structured way-thus making it easy to read, absorb and put into practice, with each participant taking turns to read the material to the others; in this way, everyone is involved, with discussions, questions and input from each member.
MINISTRY AND FELLOWSHIP-THE HOLY SPIRIT IN ACTION
An important part of the Omega course is the ministry and fellowship that follows after the teaching -where we put into practice what we have learnt, everyone is asked to pray individually for those with a specific need, whether health, family relationships, finance etc. It is during these times that we see the Holy Spirit of God at work--and boy- Is that exciting!! Once Arthur was praying for one lady, and another one next to her began to manifest and start to be delivered (see Ruby testimony). When I saw that I rushed over to embrace her as i thought she might be ill, but all of a sudden she jumped up and started to dance, singing Now I know that Jesus lives! She was completely delivered of deep seated issues she said that were from a life time of suffering and pain.
A SWORD IN HER BACK
At another time Holy Spirit showed Arthur that a friend of mine had a sword in her back-He told her this and was then asked to pray for her-upon which fluid began to pour from her mouth and nose-Arthur then received words of knowledge through Holy Spirit about the source of pain from the symbolic sword in her back and addressed the issue-she said afterwards that she felt so much better in her spirit, and slept well that night for the first time in months. It has been a fascinating privilege to watch Holy Spirit working through Arthur, to see people changed through the power of prayer. We are encouraged to pray for one another in a safe environment, and who would have thought that I would be able to pray for strangers in public?. I have-and felt such joy in my heart afterwards.
A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE
I can honestly say that the Omega course has changed my life, and thank Arthur for the many hours of work he has put into developing this amazing course. He is passionate about our Lord and bringing people to Christ. Thank you for walking the walk-for sharing your vast knowledge and thus blessing so many.

Hi, my name is Philip Granger and I have attended the “Omega Course” since early 2016. Before I came to the “Omega Course”, I had given my life to the Lord when I was 17 years of age, but as life went on the world got to me. I had been a lukewarm Christian for most of my life. God said in his word that he despises lukewarm Christians; he said you must either be hot or cold, but not lukewarm. Unfortunately, I was not aware of it at the time when I attended the “Omega Course” -my spiritual life was in a mess and so was my life as a result.
LIVING A LIFE WITHOUT MEANING AND PURPOSE-IN FEAR AND DEPRESSION
I was living like Dawn of the Living Dead; I was afraid of life, the future and reached a stage where life meant nothing to me. When I arrived at Arthur Dilley’s home, I saw the people at the “Omega Course” had the joy of the Lord and no matter what happened in life they were still happy. What then happened was Arthur looked at me, saw that I was in need and so began my journey back to the Lord.
BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (1 Pet.1 v8)
During this time in my journey, Arthur laid hands on me, with the result that I was baptised in the Holy Spirit,-I felt the heat and warmth of the Holy Spirit, which changed my life. I now feel the joy that I have been looking for my whole life-and now I am on fire for the Lord, not lukewarm anymore. I recommend this course to anyone who is struggling with life, in need or has backslidden as a Christian. The course has taught me that GOD loves us no matter what the circumstance or where we are in life.

This is my short testimony regarding my experience, learning and growth as a disciple of Jesus in the last almost 2 years by attending the Omega Disciple Makers Course
SEARCHING FOR MEANING AND PURPOSE IN LIFE-NEVER LIKED CHURCH
When I first joined your group I was searching for the meaning of life, and was not in any way religious and never went to church; although in my search I was aware of the supernatural. During the evening of the first meeting someone who was prayed for,fell down, and according to his later testimony had an out of body experience of heaven, he saw us below him and his body lying on the chair and then went somewhere in space and the heavens- after that he was totally transformed -which confirmed my understanding of the supernatural.
Since then, as we have progressed through the different levels. I have come to a solid foundation in the things of the Kingdom with emphasis on the teachings of Jesus. I have also seen and experienced a number of supernatural events and healings which I have been involved in, and this has increased and strengthened my faith.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE THROUGH TEACHING AND TRAINING
Furthermore, practical experience gained during the course in praying for each other, laying on hands for healing and deliverance has given me a confidence to be able to do the same wherever I may be. I have been privileged to see how Holy Spirit works in and through me for healing- one man was healed of a sore knee immediately; when you asked me to pray for him.
MY FIRST MIRACLE-MY WIFE HEALED BY MY LAYING ON OF HANDS
Recently my wife took some medication to which she was allergic, and called me to rush her to the hospital. While driving back home to attend to the emergency, faith began to rise, and on arriving at home I saw she was going blue and her glands were swelling. This made me very anxious because of her severe allergy reaction. I laid hands on her and prayed for her and within a short time she returned to normal-praise God! These are things I knew nothing about until commencing the Omega Disciple makers course with Arthur.
MANY MIRACLES SEEN AND EXPERIENCED OVER THE YEARS DURING THE COURSES
During the last almost 2 years we have seen people healed by direct contact, and by distant prayer where one man was healed of colon cancer when we laid hands on his wife as a proxy; others have been dramatically healed of a lifetime of depression and are totally different; others have become drunk in the spirit to such an extent that they saw Jesus and even spoke to Him!! I experienced prophetic words which began to flow as we prayed for people, which was so amazing.
JOINING THE BAY CHURCH HEALING ROOMS WITH ARTHUR AND VISITING HOSPITALS
I joined The Bay Church Healing Rooms and recently I was invited to join a group of my fellow believers to visit the Victoria Hospital. This experience was fascinating because when we were praying for a prisoner shackled to the bed, Arthur got a word of knowledge and vision from Holy Spirit and asked me to lay my hands on the prisoners feet while Arthur had his hands on his head,. I felt energy or electricity come in me which rose almost up to my chest,-which then receded – this was confirmed by the prisoner, who had a warden present.This was Arthur’s response to Holy Spirit who showed him to do exactly what is described here.
I would recommend this course to anyone, no matter what level they are on, be it from no understanding to mature believer .Thank you for all your understanding and help, and clearing my path-I am now a different and much better person as other people have noticed and mentioned to me.

2014 MY TESTIMONY OF OMEGA DMC- AMANDA (RUBY’S SISTER)
ARTHUR JOINS OUR LIFE GROUP AFTER LEADING ALPHA COURSE AT CONNECT CHURCH
Arthur came to our Life Group in early 2014. I felt that he had been led to us. Paul and I were quite new Life Group leaders and we had decided to speak on “Prayer” that week. We started preparations the week before and found that every time we tried to put something together, we could not agree on the content of the topic. By the Wednesday evening we still did not have anything solid to say on the topic of “Prayer”.
Arthur had been with us on the Alpha Course and Paul had invited him to visit our Life Group that Wednesday. When Arthur arrived, we told him that he must please excuse us that night because we were unprepared for the discussion on prayer. Arthur responded to say that he had come straight from “Radio Pulpit” where he had been speaking on “Prayer”. He still had all his notes with him and if we liked he could speak on prayer for us. We were very impressed by his talk and asked Arthur if he would share more of his teachings with us.
OUR JOURNEY WITH ARTHUR AND OMEGA COURSE BEGINS IN OUR HOME GROUP
Arthur has a way of presenting the Omega course in a way that is non threatening. He understands that we are all at different levels and he has been blessed with the ability to bring the message to everyone at different levels.
CONTENT VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND
The content of the course is designed in such a way that you can understand it easily and you can join the course at any stage. When Arthur was away we were able to present it on his behalf. In saying that, the effect was very different when we presented it compared to when he presented it!!! Arthur has so much knowledge, life experience and maturity as a Christian that he can answer any question that comes his way.
WHAT I FOUND MOST BENEFICIAL WAS THE PRACTICAL TRAINING AFTER THE TEACHING.
Arthur showed us practically how to put what we had learned into practice. For instance, when he speaks on prayer, he will demonstrate with someone and pray for the person and explain what you should say and why.
EVERYONE GETS A CHANCE TO PUT THE TEACHING INTO PRACTICE!
He then allows us to practice by putting us on the spot, which means that we need to rely on Holy Spirit. When we do this, Holy Spirit moves and we grow as disciples. Arthur then goes into a session of counselling. This is where you see his compassion for the people that he is teaching.
MANY PEOPLE HEALED, CHANGED AND SET FREE
We have seen many people changed and healed from fear, anxiety, unforgiveness etc. in essence a new creation,which is what I experienced, being set free from fear and anxiety.
I would highly recommend the course to anyone who is interested in growing as a disciple. I feel that I have grown in confidence in my Christian life. It was through this teaching that I have brought people to God, prayed for healing etc I would never have had the confidence and the know how without this training.

Hi Arthur here’s my testimony and experience of the course in short:
I did the disciple maker’s course with Arthur Dilley in 2008. I was really blessed by it. The course is biblically extremely sound. Nothing in the written course material is not backed up by a scripture reference.
THE MAIN FOCUS IS THE LIFE AND TEACHINGS OF JESUS
The main focus of the course is the life and teaching of Jesus Christ as described in the gospel, however it also includes many references to other parts of the bible. My faith was lifted through the course, because faith comes from hearing the word of God.(Rom 10:17). Arthur shared many revelations with us which is the result of many years` intensive bible study and Holy Spirit revelation. I found the course to the point, and therefore easy to understand. The teaching is very direct and the truth is not compromised. I really enjoyed the session on using the Strong’s dictionary.
EMPHASIS IS PLACED ON PRINCIPLES OF JESUS TEACHING FOR HEALING, DELIVERANCE
Much emphasis is placed on showing the principles in scripture for example Jesus’ ministry of deliverance and healings. I think this course is a very good disciple making course. I think it would be great if the course could be implemented in small groups at local churches.

HOW TO WALK IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF JESUS AND BE HIS DISCIPLE
Your School of Jesus taught me how to walk in the footsteps of Jesus and what discipleship is all about. I was saved in July 2007 and experienced difficulty on the Christian path with all the challenges in my day-to-day life. Arthur guided me and the rest of the group through the Disciple course program. He explained to us what the Word of God expects us to do as disciples. We worked through the different modules where Arthur taught us through the means of the Bible, the Church, the believer and the Messiah-Jesus. The program enriched not only me but also everyone else’s spiritual life as Arthur, with the help of our Lord, worked through the Word, answering our questions and teaching us about the “Gift of Salvation”, Gifts of the Spirit”, “Fruits of the Spirit”, and “Weapons of the Spirit”.
UNDERSTANDING THE GIFTS AND WHAT CHURCH IS ALL ABOUT
If there is anyone that wants to know more about the church, the gifts, and other questions such as- if there is a hell and what it is all about, healing principles, doing the will of God, etc. this is definitely the school where you will find all the answers. Proverbs Chapter 16 Vs. 1 to 3: “1) The plans of the mind and orderly thinking belong to man, but from the Lord comes the [wise] answer of the tongue. 2) All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the spirits [the thoughts and intents of the heart]. 3) Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him, He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.”

ACCURACY AND PROFOUNDNESS OF THE OMEGA TEACHING MATERIAL
During our most recent Omega fellowship meeting on Tuesday, I began to reflect on the wonderful clarity, accuracy and profoundness of the teachings in your Omega notes. I became acutely aware that the attending of the Omega course, is vital for any new believer, and for that matter any believer who wants to learn more about his/her faith and especially the subject of discipleship. It should almost be compulsory to attend teachings such as this! From week to week, I am continually amazed at the depth of insight into Jesus’ teachings that the course provides and how it affects everyone present.
IN DEPTH TEACHING STRENGTHENS FAITH
Other faiths such as, Islam and Judaisim, give all their young extensive and in-depth teaching into their faiths. They really take their faiths seriously. Sadly, Christianity doesn’t do such in-depth teaching and it is clearly sorely lacking. We are, as Christian believers, commanded to: ‘go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit’. (Matt. 28:19)

2019 A MIRACLE TRANSFORMATION BY DAVID PADOA
I WAS LOST AND IN DARKNESS, STRUGGLING WITH ALCOHOL ADDICTION TO NUMB THE PAIN
I was going through a bad time which turned into darkness, followed by rock bottom. Didn’t know what to do, i was homeless-years before that I lost my business, and my house, and not long after lost my dear mother. I was drinking a lot to numb the pain but it only made me feel even worse. I couldn’t take it anymore.
THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE-
I met a man who’s name is Arthur Dilley from omegadmc. He took me in, understanding what I was going through. He helped me so much to become closer and closer to God. It was the most amazing Godly spirit filling experience of my life. The week i stayed by him I learnt so much. I could see the way Jesus wanted me to go. I just needed to follow the path and stay on it.
The night Arthur prayed over me, it was unbelievable and unexplainable. Holy Spirit had filled me. I stopped smoking and don’t think of alcohol in the least. Jesus was in my heart and i had given my life and my love and my problems unto Him.
A LIFE CHANGING MIRACLE
My life has changed withing 11 days and I call it a miracle for what He did for me. and He continues working in my life. I smoked the other day and it tasted so vile so I threw it way and I truly believe that it was God at work.
