Excellent Corona Virus info from John Hopkins University:

🦠 The virus is not a living organism, but a protein molecule (DNA) covered by a protective layer of lipid (fat), which, when absorbed by the cells of the ocular, nasal or buccal mucosa, changes their genetic code. (mutation) and convert them into aggressor and multiplier cells.

🦠 Since the virus is not a living organism but a protein molecule, it is not killed, but decays on its own. The disintegration time depends on the temperature, humidity and type of material where it lies.

🦠 The virus is very fragile; the only thing that protects it is a thin outer layer of fat. That is why any soap or detergent is the best remedy, because the foam CUTS the FAT (that is why you have to rub so much: for 20 seconds or more, to make a lot of foam). By dissolving the fat layer, the protein molecule disperses and breaks down on its own.

🦠 HEAT melts fat; this is why it is so good to use water above 25 degrees Celsius for washing hands, clothes and everything. In addition, hot water makes more foam and that makes it even more useful.

🦠 Alcohol or any mixture with alcohol over 65% DISSOLVES ANY FAT, especially the external lipid layer of the virus.

🦠 Any mix with 1 part bleach and 5 parts water directly dissolves the protein, breaks it down from the inside.

🦠 Oxygenated water helps long after soap, alcohol and chlorine, because peroxide dissolves the virus protein, but you have to use it pure and it hurts your skin.

🦠 NO BACTERICIDE OR ANTIBIOTIC SERVES. The virus is not a living organism like bacteria; antibodies cannot kill what is not alive.

🦠 NEVER shake used or unused clothing, sheets or cloth. While it is glued to a porous surface, it is very inert and disintegrates only
– between 3 hours (fabric and porous),
– 4 hours (copper and wood)
– 24 hours (cardboard),
– 42 hours (metal) and
– 72 hours (plastic).
But if you shake it or use a feather duster, the virus molecules float in the air for up to 3 hours, and can lodge in your nose.

🦠 The virus molecules remain very stable in external cold, or artificial as air conditioners in houses and cars. They also need moisture to stay stable, and especially darkness. Therefore, dehumidified, dry, warm and bright environments will degrade it faster.

🦠 UV LIGHT on any object that may contain it breaks down the virus protein. For example, to disinfect and reuse a mask is perfect. Be careful, it also breaks down collagen (which is protein) in the skin.

🦠 The virus CANNOT go through healthy skin.

🦠 Vinegar is NOT useful because it does not break down the protective layer of fat.

🦠 NO SPIRITS, NOR VODKA, serve. The strongest vodka is 40% alcohol, and you need 65%.

🦠 LISTERINE IF IT SERVES! It is 65% alcohol.

🦠 The more confined the space, the more concentration of the virus there can be. The more open or naturally ventilated, the less.

🦠 You have to wash your hands before and after touching mucosa, food, locks, knobs, switches, remote control, cell phone, watches, computers, desks, TV, etc. And when using the bathroom.

🦠 You have to MOISTURISE HANDS from so much washing them, because the molecules can hide in the microcracks. The thicker the moisturizer, the better.

🦠 Also keep your NAILS SHORT so that the virus does not hide there.

CORONA VIRUS FACTS AND TIPS

see VIDEO for full detail

A. SYMPTOMS AND CHECKS (This will still be updated.

  1. Normal flu-Runny nose and sputum
  2. Virus-No runny nose, dry cough
  3. The virus can’t survive above 27 Degrees
  4. The virus does not like heat or sun
  5. When sneezed or coughed can only reach about 10 feet and then fall to the ground
  6. Virus on metal surfaces lasts 12 hrs-if you touch wash immediately
  7. Virus on fabric-last 6 hrs-laundry detergents kill it
  8. Drink warm water say like tea-apparently tea also assists
  9. Wash hands frequently with soap 20 seconds
  10. Gargle with saltwater
  11. Drink lots of water -it will wash the virus down into the stomach

B. signs and symptoms of being positive

  1. Sore throat for 3 days or more
  2. This will then blend into a nasal fluid
  3. This then enters the lungs and starts to increase
  4. This the pneumonia stage after 5/6 days
  5. High fever-difficult to breathe
  6. Nasal congestion-feel like you are drowning
  7. SEEK MEDICAL AID IMMEDIATELY

C. BE CAREFUL

  1. There may be no symptoms for many days
  2. When you have a fever, it seems your lung may already be 50% compromised
  3. At this stage, it is of vital importance to self-quarantine and reports immediately.
  4. Remember it is primarily airborne, as well as by contact
  5. It appears its main area of attack is the lungs, but can also migrate elsewhere to the digestive system
  6. If your digestive system is weak, it may not be killed by minimal stomach acid.
  7. Exact Information is still uncertain at this stage, and mainly helpful in a practical sense.
  8. Scientists are still grappling with the precise mechanisms

HOW TO SELF CHECK AND STAY SAFE-a practical way?

  • Hold the breath for 10 seconds every morning
  • If no discomfort or strain-you is fine-no cough etc
  • Keep mouth and throat wet constantly
  • Sip water every 15 mins or so to wash down
  • Drink more water or sufficient water

A few practical tips I have been using

  1. Before you go out sanitise everything portable such as keys, credit cards, spectacles, bags, and even mask. This serves as a protective layer
  2. When walking along past a crowd of people try to be aware of which way the wind is blowing if there is one
  3. There is the possibility of a ‘cloud’ blowing towards you from potentially infected people, just like cigarette smoke drifts in the air.
  4. Also sanitise your car steering wheel, keys, gear lever etc when starting out and coming back
  5. Gargle with a proprietory brand of mouth wash after being out, and let the liquid go below the nasal cavity
  6. Then keeping your lips closed push a little of the liquid into the bottom of your nose gently by exhaling
  7. It may burn a little bit, but with practice you can get it right.
  8. Apparently the virus may lodge in your nasal passage and after a while migrate down into the lungs. Gargling this way disinfects the nasal cavity.
  9. One can also use steam inhalation with drops of tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil etc by pouring just boiled water into a deep glass dish, pour 10 drops of each oil into the waterand then cover your head with a towel
  10. Inhale slowly and deeply through the nose, and then the mouth. This may also give slight burning sensations, but keep this up for 2-5 minutes. I use this also for any lung problems with a cough that wont go away etc.
  11. Coughing is often phlegm caused by dairy milk products esp milk and cream, and are best avoided as far as possible
