BUILDING A KINGDOM (ON EARTH-AS IT IS IN HEAVEN)

Jesus told us very very clearly, we are to DO GOD’S WILL, and BRING HIS KINGDOM TO EARTH   (in the OUR FATHER PRAYER!). Which is to Love our neighbours whoever they are, and whatever need they have-to make the world a better place and sow seeds of encouragement, hope, peace, purpose joy and love where there is none.

EVERY PARABLE AND TEACHING, WAS ABOUT HIS FATHERS’ KINGDOM

Jesus said-unless your spirit is made new, YOU WONT SEE OR ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN  John Ch.3 v.3,5,7

Jesus said HIS KINGDOM WAS INSIDE US, which is when our spirits are renewed

Jesus said we could only ENTER HIS KINGDOM IF WE WERE LIKE LITTLE CHILDREN-ie we trust Him without question

Jesus said He was sent for the very purpose TO PREACH THE GOOD NEWS OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD  Lk 4.43

Jesus said-no one who puts hand to the plow and looks back IS FIT FOR THE KINGDOM       Lk 9.62

Jesus said-wherever you travel-preach  THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS AT HAND (ie within YOU)  MT 10V7

Jesus said-only those who do the WILL OF MY FATHER SHALL ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN    (Mt 7.21)

Jesus said-if we neglected and turned away from helping the poor, WE WOULD NOT ENTER HEAVEN. Mt 25

Jesus said-we are to MAKE DISCIPLES AND TEACH THEM TO OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS Mt 28 v19-20

 

Jesus said much more about the Kingdom, and that He was sent to earth to establish HIS KINGDOM ON EARTH. His mandate to those who He calls is to do the same, and by obeying His commands we will inherit eternal life.. How is this done? Only THROUGH THE LEADING OF HIS SPIRIT WITHIN-on our own we can do nothing. He had much more to say about the kingdom of heaven, but He came to establish His Church, and it was mandated to CARRY ON HIS WORK of doing the same.

PAUL ALSO HAD MUCH TO SAY ABOUT BUILDING THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

Ephesians 4 v.11-12 The gifts given to the Church are to be used  to BUILD UP THE CHURCH WHICH IS THE KINGDOM OF GOD ON EARTH -of the body of Christ by EQUIPPING  GODS PEOPLE  TO DO HIS WORK

In 2 Cor 6.1 He says we are God’s partners ( IN BUILDING HIS KINGDOM on earth) 

Ephesians 2v 19 we are HIS HOUSE -BUILT ON THE FOUNDATION OF THE APOSTLES

1 Corinthians 4.20 The KINGDOM OF GOD IS ABOUT POWER, not just talk

 

In closing, there is much more about this topic in the Bible, and what is needed for us to experience the Kingdom benefits NOW on earth, and later in heaven. Level 1 of my course outlines some teaching that is helpful in building a strong foundation to your spiritual house. The pictures below represent some idea of how we go about building the kingdom-leading others to Jesus (see testimonies of some), encouraging and praying for others-this is GODS WILL, to establish His kingdom in the hearts of others, caring for the poor etc etc .
