Please note the following-
Topics such as ‘end. times are often misunderstood, taken out of context, misquoted and mixed with ignorance and lack of understanding-because of its Jewish origins. We have to enter into their world to try to understand their interpretation and worldview in those times. The clearest way is to refer to actual Jewish historians alive around the period in question, and then begin to construct the analogy in a logical manner with spiritual eyes. To that end, the following material is presented, which is derived from over 31 years of intensive study which includes analysing the New Testament at least 90 times in a methodical and scientific manner.
I am including this particular vision, and following it up with a very detailed study and explanation of the ‘End times’ as mentioned by Jesus in Mathew etc. The reason for this is that too many people, pastors and preachers make a stew of Old testament prophecy of Daniel, and mix it with the New, using the book of Revelation, and then the end of the age as foretold by Jesus. In doing this, they commit a grave error and mix some facts together with their own (faulty) perception, which is totally out of context due to their ignorance and lack of scientific analysis. This is called heresy, a mixture of some facts and a lot of fiction. To this end I will refer to proper Jewish Historians Josephus who lived in the first century, and Eusebius, who lived in the 3rd Century. I will put this analytical study after my dream vision, to demonstrate the statements of Peter and Paul, where they talk about a NEW HEAVEN and a NEW EARTH, and the old has PASSED AWAY. (My dream vision is about the latter part, seeing the old Earth passing away, and seeing the new heaven forming)
A DREAM VISION OF THE END TIMES Arthur Dilley

To the reader,
The following needs to be read and understood as a vision given in a dream, much like Joseph and Mary, the 3 wise men, Daniel and many others. Let the reader interpret it is he or she may.
I was at this time meditating on writing my Omega Disciple Makers Course handbook, Level 3, which is a practical handbook for mature Christians who need to know and understand more about the Holy Spirit of God and the gifts He gave us. More importantly, I had taken the earthly ministry of Jesus and studied everything He said and did, under a microscope, so to speak, having read, studied, analysed, contemplated, meditated on the New Testament 90 times since 1988
The various areas of Jesus’ ministry that I included were words of wisdom, knowledge, revelation, healing, deliverance, signs, wonders and lastly prophecy. All these were laid out in orderly fashion, together with the relevant scriptures, as it was necessary to be accurate for the teaching material. Of interest to me was His prophetic ministry, and He had given many minor and major prophecies. Something that was of extreme importance to me was His end times prophecy, because so many ministers, teachers, pastors etc had come up with all sorts of concocted ideas that made no sense, and to quote John G lake, preached this as theological fiction.
This set me on an interesting journey to go back to actual Jewish history to find answers that were factual, historically verifiable with dates, and would fit Jesus prophetic words accurately. To this end I discovered a Jewish historian, whose name is Flavius Josephus who was governor of Gallilee at the time of the Roman invasion in AD 70. His monumental work takes up about 800 pages containing the entire history of the Jews, and their 5 wars etc. I will bring this topic up in clear detail later, in another teaching, when I will show precisely what Jesus was talking about and whether it has taken place or is yet to come. I will give evidence of every scripture relating to that particular prophecy, so that the reader may be well informed, and not mis-informed.
Book of Revelations-the beginning of my dream
Due to the nature of my research and investigation in this matter, I know that the following dream vision was given to me for a future time, and represents the scripture following below in Revelations concerning the passing away of the present earth and heavens.
Book of Genesis-the end of my dream
At the end of my dream vision, I later realised that as God had in the beginning formed the present heavens and earth, so too was I witnessing the beginning all over again. I trust that you will be intrigued at this dream revelation and vision, esp my long discussion with Jesus, which has happened to me before in dreams. May it not provoke you to any particular response, stir up anger because you do not agree, and have a particular religious bias, viewpoint whatever you believe, but read with an open mind.
I sincerely believe it will certainly not happen in our lifetime; but-
MOST IMPORTANTLY-rather worry about THIS-IF YOU DIED TONIGHT, WILL YOU GO TO HEAVEN?

Revelations 21
Verse1: Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth-for the first heaven and the first earth had (disappeared) passed away; also there was no more sea
Verse 2: Then I (John) saw the Holy City, New Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride for her husband
My visits to the Patmos Cave
Where do I begin? I have twice been to the cave at Patmos where John had his revelation, of Jesus speaking with Him and showing him visions of heaven and other things. My vision lasted for 1 ½ hrs that started in a dream and ended up with me wide awake for a long time while Jesus held my hand and showed me the disappearance of the old earth, and the formation of the new heaven-no other detail was seen.
A different time perspective to John
Because we are now in a different time dispensation, my visions must necessarily be different to John, as the old order of millennia ago and the persecution of believers is quite different to then, where crucifixion has long ceased.
Visit No 1 My Patmos experience at the cave – July 2011 By Jet hovercraft
I had booked an apartment on the Island, and hired a scooter to explore the island, in order to get a good overview of where it was that John was exiled to in the book of Revelation. The actual site now has a virtual castle built over and around the cave, which is impossible to find at first glance. It is cared for by the orthodox Greek Christians, who still today chant incantations, and swing incense jars to cleanse the area. They are profoundly religious, pious and fervent, and demand silence on entering the cave.
Briefly, the first time around on entering the cave, I was given a word of knowledge from the Holy Spirit to a young Ethiopian monk who wore no shoes and was simply dressed in a cloak, coming to Patmos to receive a word from God. As we were unable to speak each other’s language, I wrote it down in English and gave it to him for which he thanked me profusely.
Visit No 2-by Turkish gulet, sailing along amongst the South Dodacanese Greek Islands from Bodrum, Turkey.
9 Sep 2015-Sailing there we anchored at a small island, the day before due at Patmos.
The captain announced that the wind was becoming too strong and would not be able to get to Patmos the next day. A Turkish lady reporter who was an atheist, and whom I had befriended, was very angry and attacked the captain for robbing her of the opportunity. I spoke to her and said-I know you don’t believe in God, but I will pray that my God will make the waters calm just for you, so that you may believe! Brave words, and on retiring I went down on my knees in the cabin and prayed for the wind to subside. She is pictured here the day before trying to read the weather which was her main topic of conversation.
10 Sep 2015 A mirror sea!-the next morning on awakening, the sea was so calm and flat the distant mountains appeared like mirror reflections, and we docked at Patmos in the morning. I reminded her of my prayers, and then she responded by asking me if I could pray, and ask God to help her daughter who suffered from a life time of depression, which I gladly did. We then went as a group to visit the cave, which I had previously visited, and again I was struck by the thought that John had apparently slept on the rock in front of us, and received his visions of the end of the earth and the heavens as we know it, and the beginning of the formation of the new heaven, much like the story I relate below.
Ephesus-the home town of John and Mary
Of interest is the fact that about 30 mins away by boat is the Turkish town of Ephesus, to which I have been 5 times, and visited the grave of John, as well as the house where he and Mary the mother of Jesus, had lived together. I have also travelled extensively throughout Turkey.
A DREAM VISION OF THE OLD EARTH DISAPPEARING 4.30am-5.30am
Where to start?
My dream, as I remember it, begins in a dark train tunnel of sorts, and I was busy trying to get somewhere but there were no trains, so I decided to walk along the tracks. This became more and more difficult as there were mounds of soot and grime everywhere. I came to a place where people were gathered, and somehow developed the ability to be able to overcome gravity, and ran up the wall to the roof past all the people.
Everywhere there was darkness and no light outside.
Shortly I found myself in a very large complex with many people, almost like a hospital, hotel with restaurants all over. I was still able to overcome gravity and could move supernaturally to where ever I wanted to go. I came to a place where there were very large double windows looking out in the darkness, and something said to smash the windows-I saw that in my hands I had what appeared to be a long type of rod, with which I started to smash them and break down the walls of what I sensed were an evil domain.
The beginning of the end
As I started to do this, it was as if a giant suction or vacuum sucked the glass outwards into the darkness, much like an airliner that loses its pressure and everything including people are sucked away;
Suddenly Jesus appears!
Jesus came on the scene, and I saw that what I was doing was exactly what He was doing, and that He was smashing everything in His path also with a similar rod or pole-in effect, I was co-working with Him in His mission-to break down all that is evil. In the same way that the Jewish nation was finally rejected because they rejected Him, so too had the time come for the earth and all on it to be destroyed, like in the beginning
Things were at this stage very dramatic as everything was disappearing into this black void as if it were being sucked away, and He told me to leave and go to a certain part on top of the earth and carry on, where He would meet me, which was a type of ‘restaurant’-as I went, I could sense the energy of the intense blast of fragments of material passing me at great speed(the implosion was the opposite of an explosion which generates immense heat and pressure) as I went up to the meeting place, The entire Earth was crumbling and disappearing, and I found the meeting place where I continued my work until Jesus came–
Jesus finished His work, and all of a sudden-
NOTHING-DARKNESS-EMPTINESS- A VOID NO SPACE, TIME, HEAVENS, STARS, SUN, MOON-JUST DARKNESS. I sensed the end of all things that existed as we knew it-even hell and all its creatures were gone)
A NEW HEAVEN IS FORMED
EVERYHING WAS DARK-
A FEELING OF UNUTTERABLE EMPTINESS AND LONELINESS
In shock I wondered what is happening, and all of a sudden Jesus again appeared next to me, holding my hand-
It was not a hand as such, because I was in a spirit body, but it was comforting to know and feel His presence
Jesus walks and talks with me and shows me the New Heavens and Earth forming
Suddenly, in the distance I saw a golden glow begin to appear in the darkness, and I knew that I was saved, and instantly woke up, great sobs racking my body, crying out loudly, PRAISE GOD PRAISE GOD over and over and over, as I realised that I was still alive on Earth and in my home.
I AWOKE FROM MY DREAM, STILL IN A STATE OF SHOCK
I was however, still able to talk to Jesus, and felt the freedom to ask Him anything, as the visions began of the new heavens forming, which I could visualise in my mind as a vision while lying in the darkness.
Millions of people clothed in white suddenly appeared as tiny specks in the semi darkness, and were all drifting towards the golden light in the distance, that was busy changing colours all the time, much like the northern lights or Aurora Borealis only far more beautiful. Beautiful shapes started forming of what seemed to be mountains, trees, buildings and so on. There was a tangible feeling of Father God’s presence like rays of love permeating everywhere-in fact it was more than that; it was like feeling we were part of God
THE NEW ‘JERUSALEM’ OR CITY OF GOD WAS ‘COMING’ DOWN..
Jesus began speaking with me and describing what was happening, and said that this place that was forming was GOD WITH US, or as is often said, God amongst us. (The new Jerusalem)
We talked on many things, and I asked about the people who were seemingly drifting in the air towards the centre of all this activity where Father God was-He said these are all part of God’s kingdom army
(I sensed that they had come from the old heaven, and also the saved ones from Earths destruction)
There is a war going on in heaven
They were those who had made a decision to follow Jesus, and take up their cross as part of the army of heaven. To destroy the works of the devil, and the forces of darkness; who had been born again with their spirits renewed, and were led by the Holy Spirit of God to bring down the walls of the enemy, releasing those who had been taken captive.
I asked Jesus, is it only Holy people who get to heaven?
No my son, He said lovingly, it also those who truly LONG to be Holy, with a SINCERE DESIRE in their hearts– Our Father knows that this is impossible for man– so just as the thief on the cross cried out to Jesus to remember him in His kingdom, Jesus saw the desire of His heart, which was sorrowful and repentant- of a life lived without God and in darkness. The love and compassion of God reached out to the dying man, and He was saved by the Fathers mercy and limitless grace.
We talked a long time, and there was no sense of time or rush, and I felt as if I could spend eternity doing just that. I felt as if I were holding fast to my Saviour, clinging to Him and never wanting to let go; afraid of never seeing Him again, as this was the 2nd time He had appeared to me in a dream many years ago. It was if He sensed my longing to be with Him, and He said My son, do not worry or be afraid, I am with you always, and will never leave you or forsake you
Jesus said-in order to enter heaven, EVERYONE must first seek the Kingdom-this is a command and requirement for those wishing to enter heaven
Jesus said that whenever he had asked me to do a work for His Kingdom, whether it is feeding the poor, praying for the sick, healing wounded and tormented souls etc, He was by my side- and so it is for everyone else who is part of His kingdom. Everyone who has truly repented and become a Kingdom subject by believing in Jesus and His message, and turned away from their sins, Jesus is there with them in Spirit guiding them and leading them.
This is how we are all part of Father God’s army, destroying the works of the enemy and taking back the land from the devil.
Revelation 21– We need to be serious about following Jesus, and bearing fruit as He commanded. This vision is shared to the glory of God, who allowed me also the see end of all things, and the beginning of new things
The amazing thing that struck me, was that Genesis starts in the same way, with God starting with a void!!

Lastly, a reminder-
Let the above be a reminder that we are spirit beings, that live in a body here on earth, and that God is the source and creator of all things, who desires for all His creatures to inhabit heaven, and while alive we should bring His Kingdom of heaven to earth.
May this prophetic dream and vision be for His eternal glory!!
